What happens after checkout?
Your order email contains a private assessment link. Open it to set up your anonymous Rilev access, then complete the seven sessions. A guided interview follows, helping you shape and approve your development program before your book is created. Keep your Access Key safe so you can return to your results and book.
How much time should I set aside?
Complete seven assessment sessions, each taking about 10 minutes, with 10-minute breaks between sessions. Then a guided interview helps shape your personal development program. You can spread the assessment across several days; completed sessions are saved.
What is the difference between editions?
All editions use the same assessment and personalized content. Digital gives you a downloadable PDF. Paperback and hardcover add a printed book and include digital access. Each purchase is for one person and one completed assessment.
How is the assessment anonymous if I pay through Shopify?
Shopify handles checkout contact and payment information, plus a delivery address for printed editions. These purchase details stay separate from Rilev's anonymous assessment system. Rilev cannot identify which assessment, results, or personalized book belongs to a purchaser or recipient. Read how anonymity works.
When will I receive it, and where can I get order help?
Book creation starts after you complete the assessment and interview, then approve your development program. Your digital book becomes available in your Rilev account when generation finishes. Production of printed editions starts after the print files are ready. Check the store's shipping policy and refund policy before purchasing, or visit book order support.
Will I need to pay customs charges?
International deliveries may incur import taxes, duties, customs clearance, brokerage or carrier handling fees. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. Free or discounted shipping does not cover them. Customs checks may delay delivery.
